Leopard women compete at NAU Invite

Members of the University of La Verne women's track and field team spent part of Valentine's Day competing at the Northern Arizona University Indoor Classic in Flagstaff, AZ.

The top performances for La Verne came in field events.  Amber Harbaugh placed sixth in the pole vault with a leap of 11 feet.  In the shot put, Antoinette Borders placed seventh overall with a toss of 41 feet, 1/2 inch.

Other performances included Micaela Castillo in the 800 (2:41.55) to finish 13th overall with teammate Brittany Lokar placing 15th (2:56.77).  Priscilla Saint-Cyr placed 22nd in the 400 in 1:08.58.
