David Ng is in his first season with the Leopard men’s basketball program. Ng most recently served as head boy's varsity coach at Don Bosco Tech in Rosemead, where he coached for three seasons. While at Don Bosco Tech, Ng was a health education and physical education instructor. Previously Ng also served as head boy's varsity coach at Arroyo High School in El Monte during the 2005-06 season.

Ng has also served as an assistant coach at Fullerton College (2004-05) and assistant boy’s varsity coach at Bishop Amat Memorial High School in La Puente (2001-04).

During his playing days, Ng spent two seasons at East Los Angeles Community College before transferring to Cal State Fullerton for his final two years.

Ng earned his associate’s degree from East Los Angeles and received his bachelor’s degree from Cal State Fullerton and his currently working towards a master’s degree at Concordia University.

Additionally, Ng is an alumnus of Bishop Amat Memorial High School. His hobbies include golfing, playing basketball and heading to the beach.
