Leopards Debut At Redlands Invite
The University of La Verne men's cross country team opened its 2008 season competing Saturday at the Redlands Invitational.
La Verne's Jasper Chang finished 28th overall in a highly competitive field which featured runners from Divisions I, II, III, NAIA along with open competitors. Chang turned in a clocking of 28:25.74 on the eight kilometer course. Leo Martinez and Jacob Acevado also competed for the Leopards, finishing in 33:12.34 and 35:30.39, respectively.
The Leopard harriers will next be in action Saturday, September 27 at the UC Riverside Invitational.
