ULV-Redlands Game Moved To Palm Desert

Saturday's football game between the University of La Verne and the University of Redlands has been relocated to Palm Desert High School with the kickoff time pushed back to 2 pm, according to University of Redlands Athletic Director Jeff Martinez.

The move was made due to concerns of air quality in the Redlands area from the wildfires throughout the Southern California region.

Palm Desert is located in the Coachella Valley, approximately 11 miles east of Palm Springs and approximately 55 miles southeast of Redlands.

Palm Desert High School is located at 43570 Phyllis Jackson Lane in Palm Desert. From La Verne, take the 10 East and exit Cook Street, go south approximately five miles. Turn right on Fred Waring Drive and then turn right on Phyllis Jackson Lane to enter the parking lot for the stadium.

Admission is free for the game, but concessions will not be provided.

The game can be heard on KULV Radio beginning at 1:50 pm. The link to listen to the broadcast is http://KULVLive.ulv.edu/ramgen/broadcast/kulv.rm
